The number of omicron cases in India has been steadily rising. So far the number of Omicron cases in India has reached 3007. 1199 out of 3007 people recovered from the Omicron virus. The highest with 876 in Maharashtra, followed by 465 in Delhi, 284 in Kerala, 291 in Rajasthan, 204 in Gujarat, 121 in Tamil Nadu, 107 in Telangana, 333 in Karnataka, 114 in Haryana, 60 in Odisha, 31 in Uttar Pradesh, 27 in West Bengal, 19 in Goa, 9 in Madhya Pradesh and 9 in Assam. 28 cases were reported in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
The new variant has been rolled out to 27 states across India. In the last 24 hours, a total of 1,17,100 corona cases were reported in India. This is the first time in the country that more than one lakh corona cases have been reported in several days. There will be enventualities soon.
