Stock markets closed with huge gains on Tuesday. The BSE Sensex gained 672 points to close at 59,855. NSE-Nifty gained 179 points to settle at 17,814
Gainers
NTPC, Power Grid, SBIIN, Reliance, Titan, TCS, Axis Bank, HDFC, Kotak Finance and Maruti were among the gainers.
Losers
Infi, Dr Reddy's, Sun Pharma, Ultrasim Co, IndusInd shares wrapped up losses.
International Markets
Domestic stock markets started with gains. The Nifty is trading above 17,600. The Bombay Stock Exchange index Sensex was up 263 points at 59,446. The National Stock Exchange index Nifty was up 72 points at 17,698.
