Stock markets rallied on Monday on positive international winds. The BSE E-Sensex gained 929 points to close at 59,183. NSE-Nifty gained 271 points to settle at 17,625.
Other major stock markets in Asia .. Shanghai, Tokyo, Seoul index registered gains.
Hong Kong and European indices wrapped up the loss. US index Nasdaq records losses.
Internationally, the situation is positive. Indices are moving towards higher gains due to large-scale buying by foreign investors. The New Year occasion has also encouraged investors to buy. Investors focused on budget pre-meetings, third quarter results and inflation figures.
