Telangana Government has banned public gatherings till January 2nd in the wake of Omicron variant. New Year parties are allowed but with proper precautions and protocols.
Government said that the events involving congregation of people will be permitted but the organizers should ensure that social distancing is being maintained at the venue. People who are not wearing a mask should not allowed to the events. IR Thermometers, Thermal scanners at entry points to scan the people entering should be arranged.
