Foods to intake for proper diet and stay healthy

We do a lot of exercises to stay healthy. Hours of workout in the gym, drinking plenty of water, etc. But it is also important to understand that a proper diet is essential to stay healthy and fit. The following should be soaked and eaten to combat health problems such as stomach problems, immunity, weight loss and arthritis.


Fenugreek
It should be soaked in water overnight and eaten in the morning. That water should also be drunk. Doing so will provide relief from arthritis which is a common problem in women these days. Fenugreek seeds are also good for the stomach. It helps in relieving constipation. It cleanses the intestines. Improves digestion and is very good for diabetics. It also helps in reducing menstrual pain.


Fig
Figs are rich in vitamins, manganese, potassium, fiber and phosphorus. Figs also contain antioxidants. Flavonoids and polyphenols protect the body from damage caused by free radicals. Soak 1 fig in water overnight and eat in the morning.


Raisins
Raisins are rich in iron and antioxidants. These are very good for your health. Soaking raisins overnight and eating them in the morning will keep your skin glowing healthily. Many women suffer from iron deficiency. Eating raisins increases iron.


Almonds
Eating soaked almonds every morning can improve your brain health. Almonds are rich in magnesium. It helps people dealing with blood pressure and cholesterol problems. Soaked almonds are also very good for weight loss
