Nepal's prime minister resigned : Deal to Bahadur as per agreement

Kathmandu: Nepal Prime Minister Pushpakmal Dahal has resigned from his post. Following an agreement with the Nepali Congress party on transferring power, it was announced that he would step down. In August 2016, the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist-Center), led by the fierce opposition, came to power in the country with the Nepali Congress. Prasad became prime minister for the second time. He lasted for nearly nine months and announced that he will resign on Wednesday. This led to the way Nepalese Congress president Sher Bahadur Deo was the Prime Minister. The voting will be held in Parliament in the next ten days.
