Priyanka plays a role in the Young India affair:IT notice mentioned in notice

Delhi:More details on the case of Delhi High Court's direction to proceed with the Income Tax (IT)division in the transfer of assets to the Young India Company,which is the directors of Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.On January 10 last year,according to the IT department's 148th order,The department gave them 24 pages notice.The main beneficiaries of the transfer of assets worth Rs 2000 crore are Sonia and Rahul,in which Priyanka Gandhi is also associated with the war.The IT division found that Priyanka was involved in the Young India Trust through Ratan Deep Trust and Janhit Trust.This is a hundred percent shareholders.These entire transactions are suspicious and are expected to get taxes.


The Associated Journals Limited,a subsidiary of the Congress Party,is the publisher of the English daily The National Herald (now stopped).The Congress party loaned Rs90 crore for the magazine.Young India later acquired Associated Journals with a cash contribution of Rs 50 lakh.This has paid Rs 50 lakh to the Congress party under the debt burden.Associated Journals have Delhi,Mumbai,Luckbow,Panchkula and Patna,worth over Rs.2000 crores.All the assets of this institution were allotted to the Young India Company.The majority of the shares in the YoungIndia are the Sonia's family,and these assets are the major sources of their assets.


The Congress Party,the Young India Company and the Associated Journals are the only one,so the money is not understood in transactions.The department hopes.The notice stated that the property was worth Rs 2,000 crore, which was just Rs 50 lakh.It is suspected that this pill led to the acquisition of real estate.Priyanka Gandhi has bought 47,513 shares through the RattanDeep Trust and 26,244 shares through Janhit Fund Trust,in order to have 100 per cent stake in Associated Journals.The notice by the Congress alleges that India is seeking to acquire shares in the Associated Journals as an attempt to secure valuable assets.
