Malya Handover case postponed to June 13

London:The case of the former Kingfisher Airlines's former head,bank loan wizard Vijay Malya has been postponed to June 13.Malya has been in Britain since March last year.He did not repay more than Rs 9,000 crore at different banks in India.


On May 17,the Westminster Magistrates Court in London will have to appear on the issue of returning Malya to India. The CPS (Crown Prosecution Service),who claims that the trial was postponed to June 13,was recently reported by the Crown Prosecution Service.On the other hand,the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate have already reached London to provide evidence on the case.
