BANGALORE:Infosys Technologies has said that the worst fears of job cuts are in the backdrop.The cuts in job cuts have been reduced and wage hikes have been postponed.The hike in salaries has been postponed till July, the company's Chief Operating Officer Ubi Praveen Rao said in a statement.Wages hike up to July said senior employees are likely to be delayed.Praveen Rao said that steps are being taken to reduce operating costs.
However,Praveen Rao said,"We do not plan to cut any jobs in Infosys.She claims to be the speculative of techies on the Leafs Plans.But said that in the past it was going to be somewhat out of stock.We will take action against those who do not perform good performance for a while.Praveen Rao has stated in a statement that some of these are likely to be withdrawn.
Praveen Rao told the employees on Wednesday that the job level review of job rank 5 years less than 5 years would be started.The letter said that senior employees would be in the next quarter with a review review. Analysts say the delay in wage increases is a temporary way to maintain margins of one or two quarters.Apart from Infosys alone,Tech Mahindra has also announced that it will postpone salary increments.
But senior employees are delaying their salary hike and they will lead to other jobs,an analyst from Mumbai brokerage said.It will provide insecure environment in the job.Recently tech companies are heavily employed with layoffs.Infosys has also announced that it will eliminate 1000 employees.But the company says that they do not have any plans to cut jobs, and some will be forced to retire on the regular basis.
