Washington:A miracle will be held on August 21 this year,about 38 years later.When the moon interrupts the sun,it will be a perfect sunset for a few minutes.But this miracle is only visible in America.

The postal agency has created an innovative postal stamp with the idea that this miracle is to be remembered for all in America.The first film on this stamp is a monolithic figure in Libya in 2008.When the touch of the picture touches the moon completely,the perfect solar eclipse is formed.The stamp sales will start from June 20.

By touchin the stamp with your finger,and the heat transforms the image of the blacked-out sun into the moon. When you remove the finger,and the eclipse reappears.The logic is using temperature-sensitive ink.
