SBI to select independent directors

MUMBAI:State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for the appointment of four independent directors.Check out the applications and appoint four persons on June 15 in the presence of shareholders.Sunil Mehta resigned as directors.The three-year-old Deepak Amin,Sanjeev Malhotra and MD Malyala ended the three-year tenure.SBI invites applications to select new directors.


Directors receiving new responsibilities will continue in office for up to three years,up to 2020.Shareholders are selected by the general meeting on June 15.
