Two injured as car falls off flyover in Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 28 (IANS) Two persons were grievously injured after their car fell off a flyover in West Delhi's Vikaspuri area, police officials said on Friday.

According to police, the accident took place after the driver apparently lost control over the vehicle.

"A Honda City car slipped down from Vikaspuri flyover at about 11.00 p.m. on Thursday. While, one of the injured, identified as Anuj was shifted to the DDU hospital, the other was admitted to a private hospital," said a senior police officer.

An FIR has been registered at Vikaspuri police station, and investigation is on.
