144 new cases take J&K's Covid-19 tally to 7,237

Jammu, June 29 (IANS) A total of 144 persons tested positive for Covid-19 in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, taking the Union Territorys coronavirus tally to 7,237.

A statement issued by the Information and Public Relations department said that 144 tested positive on Monday, 45 from Jammu division and 99 from Kashmir division.

So far, 95 people have been killed by the dreaded virus, while 4,585 have recovered completely.

The total number of active cases in J&K is 2,557 now, out of which 432 are in Jammu division and 2,125 are in Kashmir division.
