The Annual returns filing Deadline of GST for 2020-2021 has been extended by the government. The initial deadline was December 31st, 2021. The deadline has now extended till February 28th.
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs said that the GST Annual Returns for 2020-21 fiscal ended March 2021. The filing of GST Annual Returns is mandatory for registered taxpayers who have an annual turnover above Rs.2 crore according to the Form GSTR-9.
