Overall volatile stock market indices finally ended with slight losses. Markets that started flat with mixed signals from international markets eventually plunged into losses. The BSE Sensex lost 91 points to close at 57,806. Another index NSE-Nifty lost 20 points to close at 17,213.
Intraday
The Sensex, which started flat at 57,892 in the morning, reached an intraday high of 58,097 and a one-day low of 57,684.
The Nifty moved between a high of 17,286 points and a low of 17,176 points.
Profit and loss ..
Shares of Sun Pharma, Indus Ind Bank, Dr Reddy's, Bajaj Finserv, Titan, Nestle and HCL Tech received the most profits.
Shares of NTPC, Axis Bank, SBIN, ITC, Tech Mahindra, and Tata Steel hit the most loss.
