According to Manas Singh, Chief Business Officer of Apna.com the number of female users has increased by 430 per cent in 2021, based on job search trends. There is a high demand for jobs like BPO, Back Office, Receptionist, Front Office, Teacher, Accounts, Finance, Admin, Data Entry Operator etc. While the idea of ??restricting women to household chores and children was high in the past, the report suggests that there is a growing tendency among women to bear the financial burden of the family themselves.
