The popular social media app Instagram has recently brought another new feature. If we post anything on Instagram, they will make all kinds of comments. Some people make comments that we may not like. However, those comments will likely be seen by others as well.
If you do not want others to see the comment of a specific person you can choose that comment to be only visible to you and not to others. With this feature comments can be made invisible without completely blocking the person.
There are three ways to do this. One of them is to go to the profile of those whose comments you do not want others to see. Then Instagram shows a pop up. All you have to do is click on the Restrict account there.
The second approach is to go to the Direct Message section of the person you want to restrict. Open the chat of that person and go to the shared media- chat setting and click on the Restrict button.
The third approach is to first open Instagram. Then select the Privacy option in Settings. Then click on Restrict Accounts under Connections. Then just search for whom you want to restrict and click Restrict next to their name.
