Cinnamon is a panacea. Cinnamon is a spice that most people use only in curries. But there are many benefits of using cinnamon. Cinnamon is a wonderful spice that adds a wonderful aroma and taste to the food. That is why cinnamon is used in curries as well as in tea powder and other foods.

Uses of Cinnamon

Pimples and Rashes
Mix one-third of cinnamon powder with one-third of honey and apply on pimples. Rinse with water after 25 minutes. Doing this for two to three days will reduce the pimples and rashes as well. The scars will vanish.

Glowing Skin
Mix this powder with lemon juice and curd and apply on the face, neck and back. Rinse with lukewarm water after drying. All the oil, dirt, dust and blemishes on your skin will disappear.

Leg and joints pain
Mix 2 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder in lukewarm water and massage the affected area twice a day. The pain disappears in 2 or 3 days.

Stomach problems
Mix honey and cinnamon powder and drink a little. The whole stomach is cleansed. As well as before going to bed at night, eat a spoon of cinnamon powder along with sesame seeds which clean your stomach.

Weight Loss
Take half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in water daily. This will not only get rid of the bad cholesterol in your body, but it will also control the sugar levels. It's especially good for people with type 2 diabetes.
         
Viral fever
Cinnamon powder and honey should be taken in case of cold, sore throat, inflammation and itching. Alternatively, you can add cinnamon powder to the tea and drink it. Overdoing it could result in body heating.

Arthritis
If you suffer from arthritis, mix 2 teaspoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a glass of lukewarm water. Drinking it twice a day in the morning and evening will bring relief.
