No matter how beautiful you are, it's not good to see if our teeth are yellow. We hide our laughter so that people do not see our yellow teeth.  If the teeth are white one will look more beautiful and attractive.

Many people suffer from yellow teeth. Even after brushing two to three times a day, teeth will not whiten for some.

There can be many reasons for teeth to turn yellowish green. Neglecting brushing, smoking, climate change, drinking cool drinks and taking medicines can cause teeth to lose their natural color. Doing the following will make your teeth shine again.

Gargle a tablespoon of coconut oil in the mouth. Do not swallow oil. Gargle for 10 minutes, spit out the oil and rinse your mouth with water. Then brush. This will prevent the plankton from sticking too much on the teeth.

Add a little water to the baking soda and make it a paste. Brush your teeth with that paste. Rinse the teeth with water after a few minutes. Doing this once or twice a day will make your teeth glow.

Apple Cider vinegar works well in removing stains on teeth. Pour two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and mix well. Rinse your mouth once or twice with this mixture.

Take banana, orange or lemon peels and rub them well on the teeth. Citric acid in it helps to whiten teeth. Rinse your mouth with water after brushing your teeth with these.

Many people from the countryside still brush their teeth with charcoal. Coal removes bacteria and other contaminants from the teeth. So if you brush your teeth with charcoal powder occasionally, the stains will disappear.
