Benefits of intake of cloves

Cloves are the flower buds of the clove tree, an evergreen also known as Syzygium aromaticum. Found in both whole and ground forms, this versatile spice can be used to season pot roasts, add flavor to hot beverages, and bring spicy warmth to cookies and cakes.


Clove contains a chemical called eugenol which reduces toothache. Clove prevents toothache and bad breath.


It is a natural cough medicine. Works well for respiratory problems.


Clove oil can be taken as a sedative when there is a vomiting or nauseating sensation.


Honey, mixed with some clove oil in lukewarm water three times a day can be used to relieve colds.


Cloves can be added to any dish. It gives a good taste to the dishes.


Drink tea with a mixture of basil, mint, cloves and cardamom to energize the nerves and reduce stress.


Grind the cloves and soak its powder in water and apply this paste near the nose for sinus relief.


If we put cloves in the tea we drink every day, the stomach bloating will decrease.


Take 10 or 12 cloves and mix them with turmeric and sugar and grind them to make powder. Drinking this powder mixture twice a day is good for the body.
