Rashid Khan Arman, 23 year old, is an Afghan cricketer and a former captain of the national team. In franchise leagues, he plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Adelaide Strikers in Australia's Big Bash League (BBL), Lahore Qalandars in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and the Band-e-Amir Dragons in Afghanistan. He bowls right-arm leg spin and bats right-handed.

Rashid, who made his Afghanistan debut when he was 17, is one of international cricket’s most in-demand players. Rashid made his One-Day International debut for Afghanistan against Zimbabwe in October 2015, and rallied on to make his Twenty20 International debut against the same team later that month. He hasn't looked back since then. He has already played 53 T20 international matches and more than 280 games in the format for franchises around the world. A lucrative career has seen him ply his trade in England, Australia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa and, of course, the IPL in India where he has been a regular for Sunrisers Hyderabad since 2017.

The Afghanistan star spinner Rashid Khan on Friday became the fastest bowler to take 100 T20Is wickets. Rashid achieved the feat during the match against Pakistan in the ongoing T20 World Cup. So far only four players have been able to reach 100 T20I wickets. Rashid is fastest to the feat with 53 games. He is followed by Lasith Malinga who took 76 innings. New Zealand’s Tim Southee is third on the list with 82 innings. Shakib Al Hasan took 83 innings to get there.
