It’s hard to deal with the fact one of the biggest icons of cinema – Sridevi is no more! The fact that we will now only get to see her on screen through her films is not easy to accept for us fans! While we come to terms with her death, we want to celebrate the phenomenon she was  across multiple industries. It’s hard to explain what she meant to all of us but Alia Bhatt has just the three words to describe her perfectly. At the Umang 2018 festival, Alia Bhatt was on stage along with computers Karan johar and Manish Paul. The filmmaker happened to spot sridevi who waved our gracefully. Alia too was excited on seeing her. When asked to describe Sridevi in three words, here’s what she said – ‘Fabulous, supremely talented and my favourite!” We couldn’t agree more! The actress was one of those rare artists who saw a successful career down south and in Bollywood. She has worked in 300 films in her 540 year career! 2018  would have marked her 50th year in Cinema. From co-stars to directors to actors – all of them were gushing about the sensation she was and how she transformed before the camera. Her dance moves her versatility, her expressions, her striking beauty were always talked about by all. She was rare icon and there will not be another one. She will live on forever through her celebrated work of films across the years.
