Salman,Priyanka,Karan among most influential people list

American magazine released a list with 12 Indian names who have been the most influential business leaders.
As per the official website of Variety500, the index which shows the accomplishments of its members over the previous 12 months is updated yearly.
Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Karan Johar are among 12 Indians in Variety's list of 500 'influential business leaders shaping the global USD 2 trillion entertainment industry.
The list is released after taking into account the abilities of the most influential people in the entertainment industry in one year.
Including the name of Salman Khan, magazine named him the ruler of Bollywood box office for years. It says, “… every Salman release generates mass hysteria across India, a frenzy surpassed only by the fans of South Indian superstar Rajinikanth.”
While, Priyanka's profile tells about her achievements, her production company, Purple Pebble Pictures and her Priyanka Chopra Foundation for Health and Education, which helps needy kids.
Other names released by magazine include Ekta Kapoor, Aditya Chopra, Mukesh and Anil Ambani, Sidharth Roy Kapur, Subhash Chandra, Punit Goenka, Kishore Lulla and Uday Shankar.
