Keerthy Suresh in Dilemma what to do.. What not to do ?

There were reports in the recent past that Keerthy Suresh has been roped in for Koratala Siva - Mahesh Babu film.. and dropped from it later because of her excess weight. Her troubles didn't stop here.. The latest buzz is that  she is in a big dilemma because of the two films in her hand right now.  One is Pawan Kalyan -Trivikram Sinivas project and other is Nag Ashwin project 'Mahanati', a biopic on Savitri. 
Both films are equally important for her..because Pawan Kalyan - Trivikram film is a crazy project.. on the other hand 'Mahanati' is an once in a lifetime opportunity.  The problem here is.. Trivikram asked her to become slim for the film.. but Nag Ashwin wants her to put on some weight to play the role of Savitri. As both films will go to shoot at the same time, Keerthy Suresh appears to be in a huge dilemma to what to do.. what not to do
