Hyderabad Mar 08 : People across the world are celebrating Women’s Day today. Everyone is praising the women in their lives. But Women’s Day is more than chocolates and flowers, spa days or dinner dates. Kriti Sanon has just released a powerful video on the occasion and it is sure to make you stop and ponder. While people are talking about women’s rights today, Kriti Sanon questions why our streets are still unsafe? Why are the men still telling them what they should wear? And though it is a promotional video for a clothing brand, we think it is a really great initiative that raises quite pertinent questions. But in the video, you won’t see her talk. She just puts across her views through placards, which makes more of an impact.



 Kriti Sanon‘s message is very clear…She says, “It’s Women’s Day. Or in other words… Same s***, different year. We will hear a lot of words today: Girl power, Women’s rights, Gender equality, Blah, Blah, Blah! Meanwhile… Our streets are still unsafe, glass ceilings remain rock solid and others still decide what we should wear. All we do is talk and I’m done talking.
