Income Tax Department moved a petition against Actress Trisha

The senior heroine Trisha is being chased by the income tax authorities. A six year old case has been terroring her. In 2010-11, Trisha is getting less taxes on her income than she earned. That year she showed her income of Rs 89 lakh. But that year, the advances she had taken from the producers. That money does not pay taxes. The Income Tax officials identified this and she was fined Rs 1.19 crore. Advances also come under the revenue. Trisha has deliberately fined the revenue that she was fined by the Income Tax Department.

But Trisha has been fighting a legal battle. Tribunal approached for justice. Tribunal examined the case in favor of Trisha. The penalty was imposed on the fine. But the IT officials did not leave this affair. The Trisha case was taken separately and moved to the Madras High Court on the tribunal's verdict. The Madras High Court inquired into the case and took the decision. As soon as the outgoing affair is wrapped around the neck, Trisha is again turning around the courts. Whether the case wins or not .. Trisha is kicking off the campaign that has destroyed the income tax. And in this case the judgment will finally come
