Liger is a sports action film written and directed by Puri Jagannadh and jointly produced by Karan Johar, Charmme Kaur, Apoorva Mehta, Hiroo Yash Johar and Jagannadh under the banners of Dharma Productions and Puri Connects. The film stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday while Ramya Krishna plays a supporting role. Bollywood hero Sunil Shetty is also playing a pivotal role in this film.
Devarakonda plays a kickboxer with a stutter. Mike Tyson is set to make his acting debut in the Indian film industry with this film by making a cameo appearance.
