Dhanush opens up about his last two Hindi movies- Ranjhanaa and Shamitabh

Dhanush's upcoming movie 'Atrangi Re' is an upcoming Hindi romantic drama film directed by Aanand L. Rai. The movie also stars Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar.

Ranjhanaa was quite a success though it wasn't appreciated by many. Shamitabh remained a flop. Talking about the hindi films he has acted in, Dhanush said that he is very blessed to have acted in both 'Ranjhanaa' and 'Shamitabh' alongside great actors and wonderful filmmakers.

Dhaush is looking forward to more opportunities like this to work with brilliant filmmakers and good characters. He added that he was blessed to work in Atrangi Re too.

Raanjhanaa was also a romantic drama directed by Aanand L. Rai. It stars Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor marking the Hindi film debut for Dhanush. Both the movies have music composed by A.R.Rahman.

Shamitabh is a 2015 satirical drama film written and directed by R. Balki. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Dhanush and debutante Akshara Haasan.
