Delegation led by finance minister Arun Jaitley, was there in Buckingham Palace to launch the UK-India Year of Culture-2017. Having got this honorable chance, Kamal thanked Prime Minister Modi for choosing him as one of member and here's a picture of him shaking hands with Elizabeth-II.The event was also attended by Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton.
