Hyderabad: Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao launched Dr Copper seamless copper water bottles at a programme here on Tuesday. Tollywood film actor Rashi Khanna was also present on the occasion.KV Rajasekhar Reddy, MD-MSR, said Dr Copper was completely machine made and seamless without any joints or welding. These water bottles come in innovative, damage and leak proof packing and were priced at Rs 799, he said.The company would market the product under FMCG category through their network of distributors and retailers were in tier II and III towns.

On the production and expansion plans, he said company’s current capacity was 18 lakh a year and there were plans to increase the capacity by 1.50 lakh per month, from next month onwards, he added.“We are also exporting Dr Copper to Dubai, France, Germany, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, and middle East countries,” said Reddy.
