This trending photo of soon-to-be-married Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas is a FAKE

After making their fans wait for so long, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas finally announced their engagement last week. The duo posted an adorable photo of themselves on their social media, making it official for the world. While Priyanka captioned the picture, "Taken.. With all my heart and soul.." Nick, on the other hand, wrote "Future Mrs. Jonas. My heart. My love."The power couple had their Roka ceremony at the 36-year-old actress' Mumbai house on Saturday, August 18 for which the 25-year-old singer-songwriter flew in from the United States with his parents Kevin Jonas Sr. and Denise Miller-Jonas. Their Roka ceremony was followed by a grand engagement party which was attended by duo's family and close friends. 

Recently, a photo of the to-be-married couple is doing the round on social media in which Nick is seen resting his head on Priyanka's shoulder as they both pose for the camera. However, this is a doctored photo and a fan has photoshopped Priyanka's face in it. In the original photo, Nick is posing with his friend and singer Demi Lovato. 

Earlier this year, Demi made headlines after she was admitted in a hospital following a drug overdose. The 26-year-old singer-songwriter has been battling drug abuse for a very long time. Meanwhile, Nick and Priyanka made their first public appreance together at the 2017 Met Gala. Rumours of them dating caught fire when they were seen spending some quality time with each other over the Memorial Day weekend. Last month, when filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar announced Priyanka's exit from the Salman Khan-starrer Bharat, it was reported that the actress has got engaged. People reported that the 25-year-old singer popped the question to Priyanka on her birthday.
