Mrs Aishwarya Rai Bachchan continues to be Abhishek Bachchan's favourite after watching Fanney Khan

Fanney Khan, directed by debutante Atul Majrekar and produced by the ace filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, has finally hit the theatres today. With an ensemble cast including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao among others, the movie is all set for a win. As per initial reports, the movie has opened to a morning occupancy rate of 10-15% which is not bad considering the genre of the movie. Fanney Khan has opened to mixed reviews and is expected to only grow hereon. 

 Out of all the reactions that have been pouring in for the film, the best one is Abhishek Bachchan's. WHy? Just because he can't stop gushing about his wifey dear. Abhishek Bachchan happened to catch the special screening for the movie and is clearly smitten by his Mrs. His tweet read, "Just saw #FanneyKhan. What a beautiful film. A great message and worthy film. Congratulations to the entire team. Leaves a huge emotional lump in your throat. @AnilKapoor, Rajkumar, Pihu, @divyadutta25 are all so, so good. And the Mrs. continues to be my favourite! Best wishes."

Meanwhile, Abhishek and Aishwarya will be seen reuniting onscreen after eight years with Gulab Jamun. The duo was last seen together in Raavan. Gulab Jamun will be co-directed by Sarvesh Mewara and Anurag Kashyap. 

 Aishwarya and Abhishek have worked together in many movies including Dhai Akshar Prem Ke (2000), Kuch Naa Kaho (2003), Umrao Jaan (2006), Dhoom 2 (2006), Guru (2007), Raavan (2010) and Sarkar Raj (2008). We definitely can't wait to see the Bachchan duo back on-screen.
