As the Punjabi beauty was not able to bag Telugu projects, the actress is testing her luck in Tamil industry. As part of it, she has agreed to do a film with Karthi in Khakhi. It is learned that the actress is currently busy with Suriya's film. According to film circles, Rakul has bagged a role in Naga Chaithanya and Venkatesh's multi starrer film.
