BOX OFFICE: Raazi's 2nd day Huge Collections

'Raazi', starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, is raking in the moolah at the box office this weekend. The film that wa s off to a strong start on Friday with a collection of Rs 7.53 crore, has seen a big boost of 50% in its Saturday’s collection recording a total of Rs 11 .30 crore. The film’s two-day total now stands at an impressive Rs 18.83 crore.

The espionage thriller directed by Meghna Gulzar and produced by Junglee Pictures and Dharma Productions, has already checked itself into the record books as the fifth highest opening for a Hindi film in 2018.

With high critic ratings coupled with an intriguing story, good word of mouth feedback, the film’s collections are expected to grow even more in the days ahead. Set against the backdrop of the Indo-Pak war in 1971, Alia plays the role of an Indian girl who marries a Pakistani Army officer (Vicky) to spy for her country.
