Priyanka Chopra is truly a 'Desi girl'

Priyanka Chopra is truly a 'Desi girl' and she proved it once again when she gave a befitting reply to a Hollywood host who called Bollywood a 'genre' at a talk show she was a guest at.

Speaking about the same, Priyanka reportedly said that it annoys her when people in the west call Bollywood a genre. According to her, being in India she never realised that outside the nation, Bollywood has just reduced to a genre which is untrue. She reportedly said that Bollywood is much more than just a genre, it’s an entire film industry that does drama, action, thriller and much more. Unlike Hollywood, it is not even a place.

Amusingly, Priyanka also saw Bollywood flavoured popcorn at a grocery store. Reacting to that, she reportedly asked as to how can one put a flavour to an entire industry and what would Hollywood’s flavour be.

She also further stated that although music plays an integral part of films in Bollywood, not all movies have people breaking out dancing for no reason.
