Inside Chrissy Teigen�s surprise baby shower hosted by Kris Jenner

Chrissy Teigen, only weeks away from giving birth to her second child with husband John Legend, was surprised over the weekend with a baby shower hosted by Kris Jenner in her Calabasas home.Everyone from actress Brooklyn Decker and tennis player Andy Roddick, to hairstylist Jen Atkin and Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson made an appearance at the considerably low-key and surprisingly intimate celebration. And yes, Kim and Kanye West were also there.“I am crazy super anti baby showers for myself. Opening gifts in front of people makes me want to die,” Teigen captioned a photo of the shower she shared on Instagram.

“Receiving gifts makes me very uncomfortable because i feel blessed to the max already and I really hate writing thank you cards with my poor penmanship. But people I love trick me with dinner invites and they happen. Thank you to all friends on both coasts, for knowing me exactly. A mellow night of dinner. Cake. And love. That is all I could ever want for a perfect night.”

She continued, “Thank you insanely generous @krisjenner for opening up your home and getting me every carrot cake in the city and @jenatkinhair for knowing exactly how to lure me out of my home and exactly how to make me happy. ALL LOVE!”

And while we know they’re all good friends, we can’t say we’re not a little surprised to have seen West celebrating with the couple following his public Twitter disagreement with Legend. Quite clearly putting their political differences aside, West took to Twitter to clear the air and the two danced to the rapper’s new track about Donald Trump titled Ye vs. the People at the after party.
