Trisha Krishnan will feature in Haris Saamy 2 with Vikram

Hyderabad Feb 22 : Tamil actor Trisha Krishnan has just bagged another big-ticket project: She will star in Saamy 2, the sequel to director Hari’s 2003 Tamil action-drama Saamy. The actor tweeted to confirm the news on Wednesday.


Saamy featured Vikram as a foul-mouthed but upright police officer, DCP Aarusaamy, and Trisha played Bhuvana, a college-going Brahmin girl. The film was remade in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Bengali. A commercial success, the onscreen chemistry between Vikram and Trisha was one of the talking points of the original
