$600 million! Is that the net worth of Shah Rukh Khan?

Shah Rukh Khan is definitely one of the riches actors in the world if these numbers are true.

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the wealthiest actors in the world. That’s a fact we all know. But the question is how wealthy is he. There are a few reports doing the rounds which place his assets to somewhere around $600 million. The Sun has reported that the actor’s remuneration per film is even bigger than many big Hollywood actors. Last year, SRK took the eighth spot on the list of wealthiest actors with $38 mn in his kitty. So what makes up his total treasure to be $600 million?

The Sun gave a few figures to explain his net worth. SRK took the ownership of Kolkata team in 2008 along with Juhi Chawla and Jai Mehta for $75million (approx. £53m). Apparently, he takes home nearly £27m per film. He has a mansion in India called Mannat, a villa at the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai and several other properties around the country. Reports suggest that the actor bought Mannat for apparently Rs 15 crore in 1995 which is now valued at Rs 200 crore because it is also a popular tourist site. Even his villa in Dubai is priced heavily although Shah Rukh had claimed it was a gift to him by the developers of that site. Shah Rukh also has a £20m apartment in Park Lane, London.
