Haryana bars Chandigarh trips for Deputy Commissioners

Chandigarh, May 19:  The Haryana government on Friday directed Deputy Commissioners not to undertake official tours to Chandigarh or any other place outside their district for more than one day in a week.

The Deputy Commissioners will be exempted only in case of a meeting called by the Governor or Chief Minister or for personal appearances in the High Court.
