Barkati Remoed From Post That Shahi Imam

Kolkata, May 17: Maulana Noor-ur Rehman Barkati was dismissed from Shahi Imam in Tipu Sultan Mosque on Wednesday. On Monday, a police complaint was lodged against Barkati, who had threatened 'jihad' and refused to take off the beacon from his vehicle, by the mosque's trustee board.
