Hague: India and the Pakistani are back in today's international forum. The International Court of Justice has started arguments over the Kulhushan Jadhav case. In the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav (46) of the United Nations High Court in the city of the Hague in the Netherlands, both countries continue to argue. Last month, the Pakistani military court ordered death sentence for allegedly spying and sabotage.

On 8th, our country has resorted to an international court, claiming that Pakistan had violated the Vienna Diplomatic Treaty Agreement in Jadhav's case and appealed to allow Suspecter to meet. The International Court of Justice responded to the execution of the death penalty and put stay on the case. Today, both countries have heard their arguments. Judge Abraham gave 90 minutes of time to make their claims to the two countries.

Jadhav is innocent and India has asked him to once again investigate a military court on his execution. On behalf of Bharat, Harish Salve, and Pak's behalf, Astar Ali's arguments are heard. The arguments are likely to be extended if necessary. India and Pakistan were last seen 18 years ago at the International Court of Justice.
