Minister Karan Singh Died in AIM's

New Delhi:Himachal Pradesh's cabinet minister,Karan Singh,died at AIIMS in Delhi.He was 60 years old.Karan Singh has a wife and a son.He served as minister of Ayurveda and Cooperatives in the Veerabhadra Singh ministry and won three times as MLA.The funeral was done in his hometown of Kullu.He was recently admitted to AIMs,suffering from liver and throat problems.

Karan Singh from Kullu royal family is the brother of the BJP MLA Maheshwar Singh.He served as Minister of Education in the BJP government between 1998-2003.He joined the Congress in 2009 after being in the BJP for nearly 27 years.In 2015,the party chief Veerabhadra Singh took him to the cabinet.Governor Acharya Devarat and Chief Minister Veerabhadra Singh condoled the death of Karan Singh.
