Don't know about the Imprisoned Judge Kanran?

New Delhi:In the case of the first Justice CS Karnan where he was sentenced to six months imprisonment now has become a big mystery.This judge of the Calcutta High Court is currently in custody.While some say he fled abroad,his close friends are in a place unknown to anyone in India.His followers told the media that he was not trying to escape arrest but was asking for an interim bail application.Though the police team from West Bengal went to Chennai,where he was missing,there were reports that he was in a guest house in Tamil Nadu.The Karnan asked the Supreme Court to recall the arrest orders issued against him.

The Karnan team is applying for a new review and it will soon be filed in the Supreme Court.The Supreme Court can not file a petition or file a bail if it has completed a full copy of the order. The appointment of Kulbhushan Jadhav in the international court was also reported to him and asked him to send his case to the President. However, the Tamil Nadu government is also cautious about the arrest of Justice Karnan in his village. Justice Karnan is trying to get away from getting out of the way.
