9 ministers resigned in Odisha cause to government reorganization

Bhubaneswar:Nine of the ministers resigned from Naveen Patnaik's government in Odisha.Biju Janata Dal's chief Naveen Patnaik seems to have resigned from their posts to facilitate the restructuring of the cabinet. Speaker Niranjan Pujari also resigned from his post.Sanjay Dasbarma,Pranab Prakash Das,Arun Sahu,Pradeep Panikrahi,Pushpendra Syndeve,Lal Bihari Himirika,Sudam Marandi,Jogendra Behra and Devi Prasad Mishra submitted their resignation letters.State Finance Minister Pradeep Amat is likely to submit his resignation tomorrow.Amat is promoting the possibility of a speaker.

Speaker Niranjan Pujari submitted his resignation letter to Deputy Speaker Sananda Marandi.Asked about his resignation,he said that he had resigned as speaker to focus entirely on his constituency.The propaganda that Naveen Patnaik will be the minister in the cabinet is going on.The Chief Minister said,"You all know that the cabinet expansion is coming soon.Please be patient'. The government reorganization is going to contribute to the government to work towards providing more good governance.The expansion of the state cabinet is likely to take place before departure to the meeting with the Rajya Sabha in Delhi on Sunday.
