Payments to Qualcomm prevented by Apple.

New York,April 29:  Apple has stopped the payments to Qualcomm a contract manufacturers for phone copyrights owned.This Apple decission effect the US-chip makers financial.However Qualcomm decided to minimize its assumsions about how much revenue and earnings it will make in its third fiscal year.An Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Qualcomm Mr.Don Rosenberg said even Apple given assurance that payment is owed for the use of Qualcomm's valuable premises, this is useless still continueing to interfere with our contracts.Qualcomm is one of the world's biggest provider of mobile chips and derives.
Temporarily, Apple said that the company has been trying to reach a licensed agreement with Qualcomm more than five years but they have refused to discuss fair terms and said we stopped the payments until the actcual amount get resolved .The Apple intentionally mischiefed the agreements and negotiations said Qualcomm and refused the allegations as well as the witness and value of the technology they had invented apple contributed and shared with all mobile device makers using our licensing programme.
