Sindhu wins World Tour Finals title

Guangzhou (China), Dec 16 : Indian star P.V. Sindhu won the women's singles crown at the BWF World Tour Finals badminton tournament here on Sunday.

Sindhu defeated former world champion Nozomi Okuhara of Japan 21-19, 21-17 in the final.

The Hyderabad player thus became the first Indian to achieve the feat. This was the 14th title in her career.
