Ravi Venkatesan quits as Infosys' independent director

Bengaluru, May 11 (IANS) Infosys' Independent Director Ravi Venkatesan has resigned, the software major said on Friday.

"Independent Director Ravi Venkatesan is stepping down from the Board to accept a new role," said Infosys in a regulatory filing on the BSE.
