It is an insult to our flag because it insults every soldier who ever saluted it.

WHAT BHAGWAT SAID?
Mohan Bhagwat was reported to have said that while the Army would take "six to seven months" to prepare a force in case of a war, the RSS is capable of doing that in a matter of "three days".
The RSS then issued a statement saying that Bhagwat was quoted out of context in the situation. "RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's address in Bihar's Muzaffarpur is being represented incorrectly," the saffron organsiation said in a statement in Hindi.
What Bhagwat actually said was that "if a situation so arises, and if the Constitution allows it, the Indian Army would take six months to prepare the general population for war while the Army could prepare [the RSS's] swayamsevaks in three days because the swayamsevaks are highly disciplined," the organisation added.
