Reshuffle in Bengal government
Kolkata, Sep 6 (IANS) On Wednesday, West Bengal's Mamata Banerjee government carried out a small reshuffle, replacing Agriculture Minister Purnendu Basu with Asish Banerjee.
Basu will now be in charge of Technical Education, Training and Skill Development Departments, a state government notification said.
These were held by Ashima Patra, who will take over the Planning, Statistics and Programme Monitoring Departments from Asish Banerjee, it added.
