2017 Honda City launched in India at Rs 8.49 lakh

Hyderabad Feb 15 : Honda Car India today launched the all new City facelift in India for a price of Rs 8.49 lakh (ex showroom, New Delhi) for base petrol and Rs 13.56 lakh (ex showroom, New Delhi) for top-end diesel variant. The 2017 Honda City is now in its sixth generation and was launched in 1998 in India. The City sedan has been Honda's most successful product ever to come to India and with the launch of the 2017 City sedan , the Japanese car-makers are hoping that the car creates the same magic it first created in 1998. 

In India, Honda has sold more than 6.5 lakh units of the City since its launch. The Honda City is been sold in more than 100 countries. Moreover, the 2017 Honda City gets an addition of a new variant - ZX which will get 6 airbags. Dual airbags and ABS standard across all variants.

Design: The all new Honda City will come with a more luxurious exterior than its predecessor. All variants of the new City will come with a redesigned front bumper and new chrome for the front grille, LED headlamps, LED DRLs, LED front fog lights and new alloy wheels.
